Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in banking or related client facing roles.
• Previous banking experience is required; commercial banking experience desirable.
• Experience in a Client Relationship role or client facing role.
• Sales, presentation and communication skills with focus on high quality service.
• Analytical and credit skills.
• High motivation and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Citi network and client teams, serving as a key contact for client requests and internal escalations.
• Support Senior Relationship Manager in managing the assigned portfolio of clients.
• Deliver a Client First approach and provide excellent day-to-day banking and operational support to Mid-Market clients.
• Assist Senior Relationship Manager calls with preparation and diligence.
• Monitor onboarding processes and CRM data integrity; support product implementation.
