Senior Fashion Procurement Lead: Data-Driven Sourcing

Job summary

charleskeith seeks a senior procurement professional to lead indirect procurement across markets, with a focus on fashion, logistics, marketing and tech categories.

You will own end-to-end source-to-pay processes, drive cost savings, establish supplier performance metrics and partner with Legal, Finance and regional teams in Singapore and the broader Asia-Pacific region. A minimum 8 years in indirect procurement and strong analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in indirect procurement, with end-to-end ownership of categories and sourcing events.
• FMCG, Consumer goods, Retail, fashion, or fast-moving multi-market environment is advantageous.
• Exposure to logistics, marketing and/or technology categories is advantageous.
• Familiar with AI tools and advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Python are a plus.
• Experience with P2P or S2P platforms such as Concur, SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Ivalua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Category management and sourcing across logistics, marketing, and technology.
• Lead and run competitive sourcing events end-to-end: briefing, RFI, RFP and RFQ, scoring, award.
• Negotiate total cost of ownership and supplier contracts; manage demand and consolidation opportunities.
• Design and improve upstream source-to-pay processes and digitalise the procurement toolkit.
• Build procurement dashboards and monthly CFO/Management Committee reporting.
• Stakeholder management across Marketing, Logistics, IT, Store Operations, Projects, Legal and Finance.
