Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Procurement professional to lead indirect procurement across FMCG, consumer goods, retail, fashion, or multi-market environments. You will manage category strategies, supplier negotiations, P2P improvements and data analytics to drive savings and compliance.

The role works with cross-functional teams in Singapore and the wider region, linking Logistics, Marketing, IT, Legal and Finance to optimise spend and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or Lean and Six Sigma is advantageous
• Minimum 8 years in indirect procurement, with hands-on ownership of categories and sourcing events from end-to-end FMCG, Consumer goods, Retail, fashion, or fast-moving, multi-market environment is advantageous
• Exposure to logistics, marketing and/or technology categories is advantageous
• Familiar with AI tools Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, lookups, Power Query
• Experience with P2P or S2P platforms such as Concur, SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Ivalua is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Category management and sourcing across Logistics & Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology and related areas.
• Process improvement and source-to-pay design and digitalisation of procurement toolkit.
• Data analytics: spend baseline, dashboards and monthly reporting for CFO and Management Committee.
• Stakeholder management across Marketing, Logistics, IT, Store Operations, Projects, Legal and Finance across markets
