Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Procurement Leader to develop and execute procurement strategies across Asia, spanning direct and indirect spend categories. You will lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management, ensuring supply continuity and driving measurable savings.

The role requires managing regional supplier networks, collaborating with operations, engineering and finance, and driving governance and ESG compliance across country

• Deliver measurable savings through category management, cost optimisation, demand management, and working capital initiatives.
• Ensure supply continuity through proactive risk management, supplier diversification, and contingency planning.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, finance, and senior leaders on procurement-related initiatives.
• Strengthen procurement governance, digitalisation, ESG compliance, and capability development across country teams.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimally 10 years of procurement experience within an international industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven success managing both direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Strong track record delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
• Experience working across multiple Asian markets and managing regional supplier networks.
• Strong commercial, financial, and supplier risk management capabilities.
• Experience operating within matrix organisations and influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement platforms, spend analysis tools, and procurement governance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, build processes, and establish procurement best practices.
