Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior procurement leader for Asia with extensive experience in direct and indirect procurement across multiple markets. You will drive strategy, lead negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and deliver sustained cost savings while ensuring supply continuity and governance across regional teams.

The role requires collaboration with operations, engineering, quality, and finance leaders, plus a focus on ESG compliance and digital procurement maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years procurement experience in international industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven success managing direct and indirect procurement.
• Strong track record delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing and complex negotiations.
• Experience across multiple Asian markets and managing regional supplier networks.
• Strong commercial, financial and supplier risk management capabilities.

• Strong track record delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
• Experience working across multiple Asian markets and managing regional supplier networks.
• Strong commercial, financial, and supplier risk management capabilities.
• Experience operating within matrix organisations and influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement platforms, spend analysis tools, and procurement governance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, build processes, and establish procurement best practices.
