Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong team collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information in large meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine failure mechanisms.
• Operate fault isolation equipment, including nProbing, to localize defects and support root-cause analysis.
• Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
• Hypothesize potential failure mechanisms based on electrical models and analysis.
• Collaborate with frontend to backend teams and global quality to resolve defectivity issues.
• Prepare and present weekly reports on electrical and physical failure mechanisms.
• Develop and implement new fault-isolation and physical-failure techniques, guiding others.
