• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with a significant focus on managing upgrading and renovation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex facility projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
