Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager, Facilities Projects (Healthcare) to lead facilities development and infrastructure initiatives from feasibility to project completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

This role requires a degree or diploma in relevant disciplines and a minimum of three years' experience in fast-paced building/facilities projects,

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Building or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years' experience managing multidisciplinary building/facilities projects
Experience handling fast-paced / fast-track projects will be advantageous
Familiar with commercial drawing software

Responsibilities

Manage building, facilities and infrastructure projects from planning to completion
Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgets and project schedules
Develop concept plans for new facilities and improvement works
Coordinate architectural drawings, building plans and technical documentation
Provide design/project engineering support and technical advice
Manage consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
Ensure projects meet cost, timeline, quality and statutory requirements
Maintain proper drawing, documentation and project records
