Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Plant Engineering/Facilities Lead to oversee upgrading and expansion projects, managing engineers, technicians and contractors to meet schedule and budget.

You will ensure safe, compliant operations and drive continuous improvement in facilities services. The role requires a Diploma in Facility Engineering or Project Management with 3+ years of relevant experience and knowledge of plant systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in relevant engineering or PM field.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of plant facilities equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant upgrading/expansion projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians and contractors for maintenance and services.
• Monitor utility capacity utilization and plan for future expansion.
• Drive department goals and performance.
• Ensure critical systems comply with regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Ensure environmental and safety procedures are followed.
