Job summary

MNC Company is seeking a Facilities / Administration Manager to lead and oversee all FM functions from planning to execution. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, coordinating repairs, and driving cost-effective space planning across multiple sites.

Based at Lorong Chuan, Singapore, the position offers a 5-day workweek with standard hours and opportunities for career progression within a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility / Building Services or equivalent
• Ability to manage a commercial portfolio with 3 to 5 years’ experience preferred
• Willing to travel within Singapore between 3 locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage facilities and administration functions to ensure continuity of Facility Management services and minimize disruptions
• Provide leadership to facilities and administration teams and ensure high quality of service to operations
• Coordinate building repair requests and engage vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs
• Source and evaluate contractors to ensure compliance with purchasing policies
• Manage space planning projects, including layouts, cost estimates, schedules and startup/decommissioning of locations
• Develop project schedules and manage to milestones, monitor progress and report status
• Communicate with contractors, building managers, and architects to design space and manage projects
• Negotiate lease renewals and assist in addressing facility concerns from audits
