Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager, Facilities Projects (Healthcare) to lead facilities development and infrastructure initiatives from feasibility to project completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

This role requires a degree or diploma in relevant disciplines and a minimum of three years' experience in fast-paced building/facilities projects,

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Building or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing multidisciplinary building/facilities projects
• Experience handling fast-paced / fast-track projects will be advantageous
• Familiar with commercial drawing software
