Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Development professional to support the Institution Lead in planning and delivering campus infrastructure projects at Kent Ridge Campus. You will set up project management systems, lead design development, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Applicants should have a degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, PM or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in complex

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in complex, live-environment A&A.
• Experience with healthcare infrastructure or commercial projects is advantageous.
• Experience in owner/developer settings is advantageous.
• High technical competency and familiarity with local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance policies and processes for consistent delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects and ensure standardisation with hospital infrastructure.
• Engage users to conduct feasibility studies for rejuvenation projects.
• Lead the design development of projects.
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project implementation.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions and permits.
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors per contract terms.
• Lead engagement with local authorities.
• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work and BoQ.
• Prepare minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
