Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic’s Facilities and Assets Management team is seeking a capable professional to manage FM services, maintenance programmes, and contracts to keep campus operations safe and efficient. You will coordinate with schools, consultants and service providers, monitor performance, and administer procurement, budgets and project records in line with SP policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management/contract administration/project management.
• Experience in tender preparation, procurement administration and contract management.
• Experience in A&A or facilities improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landscape maintenance, pest control, carpark operations, and facilities improvement works.
• Administer FM services, maintenance programmes, and contracts to support safe campus operations.
• Oversee contractors and service providers to meet contract specs and safety requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; prepare management papers and records.
• Engage with schools, departments and stakeholders to address maintenance needs and project requirements.
