Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead pre-construction, bidding, and construction administration activities for complex facilities projects in Singapore. You will prepare cost plans, evaluate bids, coordinate design meetings, and manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in similar capabilities, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 5+ years in similar capabilities or projects.
• Strong command of English; ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities: cost plans, design development estimates and coordination.
• Manage bid/tender processes, contract strategies, and vendor evaluations.
• Oversee construction administration: cost tracking, change management, QA, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Operations for project delivery and closeout.
