Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Project Team in Singapore. You will direct, co-ordinate and supervise assigned projects, overseeing Consultants and Contractors to ensure briefs, designs and specifications are executed within cost and time constraints.

You will maintain project schedule, budget and risk, provide senior management with updates, and facilitate timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a construction, building, project management or engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years in project management, preferably on new-built or A&A projects.
• Hospitality/live environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership能力.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement the Construction Project Execution Plan.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget across project stages.
• Lead project management teams and provide guidance to consultants and contractors.
• Report progress to senior management and manage risk and issues.
• Manage client expectations and project reporting to stakeholders.
• Attend meetings to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of project deliverables.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and operations teams to resolve issues.
