Senior Facilities Leader – IR Operations

Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced senior facilities leader to drive maintenance, operations and capital projects for a large Integrated Resort. You will oversee MEP systems, safety programs and energy conservation while coordinating with multiple departments to deliver high-standard service and business support.

The role demands 10+ years in engineering for large properties and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, with strong project, budgeting and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience in large-scale properties such as IR, hospitality, MICE.
• At least 2 years in a similar leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Building Services and MEP systems.
• Knowledge of Singapore standards, regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities section to maintain a large integrated resort’s facilities and systems.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance and asset management programs.
• Establish SOPs and operate facilities and MEP systems safely and efficiently.
• Manage project hand-overs, contracts, and lifecycle asset replacements.
• Support budgeting, resource planning and energy conservation initiatives.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and corporate standards.
