Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is seeking a senior project leadership professional to oversee large-scale property programs from concept to handover. You will coordinate with owners teams, consultants, suppliers and local authorities to ensure seamless integration across all design and construction phases.

The role demands deep experience in architectural, engineering and construction management, with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced casino

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Professional Qualification relating to above-mentioned fields is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale properties (Integrated Resort, Hospitality, MICE).

Responsibilities

• Build consultant team base via RFP and tender, integrating with owners internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with Owner, local contacts and suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Direct design team members and integrate with owners consultant/design teams.
• Manage project brief through concept, design development, tender and construction phases.
• Attend project update meetings and prepare presentations.
• Monitor and report project budget status and participate in QS costing as needed.
• Coordinate contractors and external consultants through all phases and ensure compliance with codes.
