Job summary

SEARCHASIA Consulting invites a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance and reliability of building services and M&E systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted property operations. You will manage key systems and coordinate preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle plans.

You will lead upgrades, refurbishment and A&A works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget, with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of Facilities Management experience.
• Experience working with developers or in a development environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance and reliability of building services, M&E systems and facilities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted property operations.
• Manage the performance and maintenance of key systems including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, lifts/escalators, BMS and other critical building infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, equipment lifecycle plans and asset improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and minimise downtime.
• Lead and coordinate upgrading, replacement, refurbishment and A&A works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, fire safety, workplace safety and building regulations, while maintaining appropriate emergency response and business continuity procedures.
• Develop and manage facilities OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitor expenditure and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lifecycle costs.
