Job summary

ENGIE South East Asia in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team for operation and maintenance of buildings and estates. You will plan staff training, ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery, and manage budgets and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
• 5+ years of related experience for Degree holders or 10+ years for Diploma holders.
• Healthcare facilities experience preferred.
• Able to work 5.5 days/week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors in facility management and operation of buildings.
• Plan training requirements for staff to improve skills.
• Ensure staff can handle repairs and maintenance effectively.
• Maintain relationships with clients and owners to build trust.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to clients.
