Job summary

ENGIE Singapore seeks a senior facilities manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team overseeing ACMV maintenance for large facilities including commercial, government, and hospital projects.

You will drive service excellence, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with SLAs while managing budgets and contractor payments. Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of related working experience for degree or 10 years of related experience for Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a diverse team of engineers and technicians in facilities management for large facilities (commercial/ministry/hospital).
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships and service standards.
• Lead ACMV maintenance, ensure thermal comfort within approved limits.
• Plan and schedule maintenance for ACMV systems (chillers, AHU, FCU) and associated systems; track works and follow up actions.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors; ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications, budgets, and cost control; oversee payments to contractors.
