Job summary

ENGIE in Singapore is seeking a seasoned engineer for Construction/Installation/O&M of Local Energy Infrastructures. The role focuses on ACMV systems maintenance, system improvements, and safety compliance, reporting to Facilities Management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in ACMV trade, facilities management, or project management.
• Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults.
• Good communication, meticulous, and organized with safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in liaising with client on all works.
• Ensure maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed efficiently by a team.
• Oversee ACMV maintenance: chiller, chilled water, DX, ventilation, clean room, BMS.
• Lead technical investigations for rectification works.
• Maintain daily AC thermal comfort within code of practice.
• Track and report maintenance work; follow up actions and checklists.
• Implement energy conservation and system improvements.
• Provide solutions coordinating with owners, consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with instructions and safety guidelines.
• Provide ACMV technical specs for upgrades when required.
• Familiar with local codes including ASHRAE standards.
