Job summary

ENGIE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a diverse team in the management of ACMV for large-scale commercial, ministry, and hospital facilities. You will establish strong client relationships, ensure quality service, and oversee daily maintenance planning and cost control.

The role requires a senior professional with a proven track record in large facility FM, excellent leadership, and proactive safety mindset to ensure operations run smoothly and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of related working experience with a degree, or 10 years with a Diploma.
• Proven experience in facility management in a large facility.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active, independent, safety-minded with strong leadership and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of assistant managers, engineers, officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management for commercial, ministry, and hospital buildings.
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain trust and confidence.
• Ensure quality service standards and overall ACMV operations (Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical).
• Schedule maintenance activities for ACMV systems and track works (chillers, AHU, FCU, fire protection, gas systems).
• Conduct daily audits and ensure outsourced providers meet contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications, and coordinate rectification works; manage project costing and budgeting.
• Prepare annual budgets and audit/contractor performance reports; certify payments as required.
