Job summary

ENGIE Services Singapore is seeking a skilled ACMV team lead to manage day‑to‑day facilities maintenance across mission‑critical sites.

You will perform preventive and corrective ACMV maintenance (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ventilation), troubleshoot faults, and coordinate with contractors, with meticulous documentation of activities.

A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of hands‑on ACMV experience is required, plus strong safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or FM discipline.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on ACMV maintenance experience.
• Strong safety mindset and WSH practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Technicians for ACMV maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and lead fault investigations.
• Perform preventive and corrective ACMV maintenance (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ventilation).
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for scheduled works.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of breakdowns; propose solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, breakdown analyses, and improvement proposals.
• Document all maintenance activities and compliance records.
• Support ad-hoc projects, system upgrades, or repair works.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
