Job summary

Certis IFM is seeking a skilled ACMV Engineer to manage the maintenance and operations of mechanical and building systems with a focus on ACMV for a flagship project on the east side of Singapore. You will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality service and safety compliance.

The role requires a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services and at least 3 years of ACMV experience, with certifications welcomed to support advanced troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ACMV operations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Professional certifications such as FSM, SCEM, LP, GMM, GMFM, WSH, SSC or equivalent are advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee all mechanical and building maintenance activities, including ACMV and general building repairs.
• Manage term contractors and lead a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities operations and maintenance.
• Provide expert consultancy on mechanical issues and coordinate with property owners, contractors, vendors and users.
• Continuously review and enhance the preventive maintenance programme to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
• Oversee project cost control while maintaining service quality standards and ensuring proper documentation.
