Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a capable Facilities Management professional to support the Facilities and Assets Management function on campus. The role involves managing FM services, coordinating maintenance programmes, and handling procurement and contractual matters for safe and compliant operations.

You will work with schools, departments, consultants and service providers to drive improvements in asset performance, service delivery and operational efficiency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Project Management (or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in facilities management, contract administration, operational services management or project management.
• Experience in tender preparation, procurement administration and contract management.
• Experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A), upgrading or facilities improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Support FM matters, including coordination and administration of landscape maintenance, pest control and carpark operations, as well as procurement and tender administration.
• Manage and administer FM services, maintenance programmes and operational contracts to support campus operations.
• Plan, organise and coordinate maintenance activities, facilities services and improvement projects.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and service providers to ensure work complies with contracts, standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with schools, departments and stakeholders to address maintenance needs and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and performance reviews to monitor service quality and contractor performance.
• Prepare management papers, reports and project documentation in line with SP policies.
