Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a Facilities Management professional to support the Facilities and Assets Management function by coordinating and administering landscape maintenance, pest control, carpark operations and upgrade works across the campus.

You will work with schools, departments, consultants and service providers to ensure safe, compliant services, monitor contractor performance and contribute to continuous improvement in asset management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in FM or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of FM, contract administration or project management experience.
• Experience with procurement, tender administration and contractor performance is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer landscape maintenance, pest control, carpark operations and facilities improvement works.
• Manage FM contracts, procurement support, approvals and close-out documentation.
• Monitor contracts, performance, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with schools, departments, service providers and contractors to address maintenance needs.
• Prepare management papers, reports and project documentation per SP policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in facilities management and asset lifecycle.
