Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in related Built Environment disciplines.
• 4–8 years of relevant work experience in Facilities Management.
• Experience in building systems integration and digital technologies for facilities management.
• Passionate about education and mentoring students.
• Self-driven, independent and able to work as a team.
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Added advantage: registered Workplace Safety and Health officer.
• Added advantage: Certified Green Mark Professional (GMP); Certified Fire Safety Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons, create teaching and assessment materials and mentoring of students.
• Develop and maintain new or existing teaching curriculum and learning materials for modules stated above.
• Deploy effective pedagogy to facilitate learning.
• Undertake projects or consultancy work with both internal and external stakeholders, especially in the areas of Smart Facilities Management.
