Job summary

You will plan and supervise maintenance services, manage projects, ensure ISO compliance, coordinate M&E works with consultants and clients, monitor systems, conduct inspections, and drive service improvements while preparing quotations for procurement and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and officers to deliver seamless daily facility maintenance operations that support business continuity
• Plan, supervise, and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules, and improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and relevant regulations by the team and external contractors/vendors to uphold quality and safety standards
• Coordinate and direct all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works by liaising closely with consultants and clients to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
• Monitor building systems for breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns, and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Conduct regular inspections to verify that properties are maintained to high standards and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recommend and implement facility improvement works at client premises to enhance service quality and strengthen client relationships
• Prepare and evaluate quotations accurately to support procurement and budgeting processes
