Job summary

Kim Yew Integrated Pte Ltd is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to plan and execute facilities services at a west Singapore location. You will assist the Facilities Manager in managing all building works and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will oversee on-site building services, conduct regular inspections, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The role includes coordinating with client, subcontractors, and project teams, attending M&E meetings and guiding a team of

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building/Real Estate/ Construction Management/ Engineering or its equivalent.
Experience in Building Facilities Management or FM operations is preferred, with Singapore experience advantageous.
Good knowledge of building works and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute building maintenance and facilities services.
Assist the Facilities Manager to manage all building-related works and day-to-day operations.
Ensure safe operations and compliance with safety guidelines.
Coordinate maintenance planning, preventive and corrective works.
Supervise technicians and subcontractors, attend related meetings and prepare reports.
Monitor progress, drawings, quotations, and ensure quality standards.
