Job summary

Kim Yew Integrated Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Facilities Management Lead to oversee maintenance and M&E activities, ensuring efficient building operations. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and deliver high-quality service outcomes.

The role requires planning, supervising, and coordinating mechanical and electrical works, with emphasis on project timelines, standards compliance, and detailed reporting to support decision-making

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of facilities maintenance operations experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities maintenance work services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards
• Manage building, facilities, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works to optimize facilities performance and reliability
• Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance activities to meet project timelines and quality requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and facilities teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
• Participate in M&E-related meetings and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and project tracking
• Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical and electrical works to align with project objectives
• Schedule, monitor, and supervise the progress of works to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications
• Prepare and follow up on client inquiries and quotations to support business development and client satisfaction
• Adhere to company internal work processes and maintain accurate documentation for operational transparency
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by upholding high-quality service standards and responsiveness
