Kim Yew Integrated Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Engineer / M&E Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation of building facilities and infrastructure. This full-time role requires leading M&E maintenance, coordinating with clients and contractors, conducting fault analysis, planning preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 6 years of Singapore facilities/M&E engineering experience welcomed.
• 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably facilities management or building services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise M&E facilities maintenance work; lead a team of technicians.
• Investigate and report root causes of M&E breakdowns.
• Coordinate M&E installation and maintenance; plan preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards; provide recommendations for improvements.
• Troubleshoot faults and provide effective solutions; liaise with client, subcontractors and project team.
• Monitor progress, drawings and documents related to M&E works; assist in quotations and fault reports.
• Oversee maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems and provide technical guidance.
