Job summary

KIM YEW Integrated PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a team of in-house technicians and contract staff, delivering reliable M&E building services and soft services maintenance to ensure seamless facility operations.

You will develop maintenance strategies, oversee regulatory compliance, monitor SLAs and KPIs, manage contracts, and provide technical guidance. Strong leadership, communication, and ACMV expertise are essential in this 5.5-day work week role in

Qualifications

Facilities management experience with relevant certifications or degree.
Strong leadership and communication for team and stakeholder engagement.
Technical know-how of M&E and ACMV systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of in-house technicians and roster planning.
Manage contractors for soft services to ensure quality and compliance.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective M&E maintenance plans.
Provide technical guidance and escalate major site concerns to management.
Oversee subcontractors for A&A works with authorities' requirements.
Manage minor A&A works related to M&E and facility repair or replacement.
Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders through effective communication.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs for all managed services and ensure fulfillment.
Administer service and term contracts, including cost comparisons and renewals.
