Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Building, Façade Engineering.
- Strong background in façade design, coordination, and construction delivery.
- Minimum 8 years experience on large-scale projects in Singapore.
- Knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Provide façade technical support and oversight across projects.
- Coordinate façade design development, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and completion activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, façade specialists, PEs, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Review façade drawings, specifications, calculations, shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and mock-ups.
