Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Singapore is seeking a Facade Engineer to lead design finalization and shop drawings for all facades on a major project. You will coordinate with sub-contractors, clients and façade consultants to ensure design integrity and timely submission.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of façade trades. The position typically follows a 5-day work week with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Mix-Development or hospital project.
• Good technical knowledge of façade trades.

Responsibilities

• Design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades.
• Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants.
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades.
• Façades design and installation management.
• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.
