Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining safety, hygiene, and profitability while developing a deep bench of unit leaders and driving continuous improvements with R&D and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and ensure smooth service across outlets.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard top-performing teams in Singapore.
• Conduct training and orientation to prepare new managers and staff for success.
• Drive KPIs and revenue targets, monitoring performance daily.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier relations to optimize COGS.
• Visit units weekly for audits, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Engage with senior management to ensure cross-unit collaboration in SG.
