FSK Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across Singapore. You will oversee service quality, inventory control, and cost management while guiding staff to deliver a premium dining experience.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, strict adherence to food safety, and collaboration with senior management to drive growth in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality management experience, with at least 2 years in operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations across kitchen and front-of-house.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, financial planning, and staff scheduling.
