Job summary

PURE PALATE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an F&B Service Executive to supervise the service team and assist management in daily restaurant operations and service standards.

You will help ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience while supporting financial and service targets. The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, at least 1 year of F&B service experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant F&B service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and smooth operation of restaurant stations.
• Supervise and support team to maintain service and product standards.
• Provide attentive, personalised service and upsell menu offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages and wine and upsell.
• Record guest preferences in SevenRooms to tailor service.
• Ensure accurate POS entry, including seat positions and allergens.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of service areas.
• Conduct on-the-job training and orient new hires.
• Ensure compliance with hotel rules, food safety, hygiene and NEA regulations.
• Perform opening/closing and side duties per checklists.

Education

Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field

Good communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
