Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Forecast sales volumes, targets, and profit margins; manage budgets and variances.
• Plan and measure merchandising, branding initiatives and seasonal promotions to drive footfall and sales.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event organizers and trade partners.
• Ensure food safety standards and compliance within sales and operational activities.
