Job summary

SHINYA IZAKAYA LLP in Singapore seeks an experienced Food Services Operations Manager to oversee multi-outlet daily operations, maintain high food quality and hygiene, and drive profitability. You will manage supplier relationships, lead FOH/BOH teams, and implement standards across outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and familiarity with SFA and MOM guidelines, with a focus on delivering consistent guest experiences in a fast-paced Izakaya setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive operational management experience in F&B or restaurant industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Services Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of local F&B operations, SFA regulatory compliance, and health safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily FOH and BOH operations across restaurant outlets with hygiene compliance.
• Oversee budgets, daily sales reconciliation, labor costs, and food cost margins; manage inventory procurement and supplier relations.
• Plan manpower scheduling, rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and training for service and kitchen staff.
• Develop marketing campaigns, seasonal menus, and loyalty strategies; monitor customer feedback and drive revenue growth.
