Job summary

modernAge is seeking an experienced Events Manager to plan, coordinate and execute a variety of brand events and activations in Singapore. You will lead client conversations, develop creative concepts with the design team, and manage end-to-end delivery from brief to post-event evaluation.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and project management skills, plus hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment. Singapore-based on-site work with growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in events management, marketing, or communications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event management or activations.
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects including events, launches and activations.
• Lead client communications and ensure objectives are met with timely delivery.
• Develop concepts with the design team and enhance guest engagement.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless delivery.
• Manage budgets, quotations and post-event analysis.
