Job summary

Adrenalin Group is seeking a Project Manager for Experiential Events (AdrenalinX) in Singapore. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH).

You will lead projects from brief to delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate across creative and production teams to ensure successful execution of live, hybrid, or digital experiences. You will balance budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while driving process improvements and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, events, or agency environments.
• Experience managing clients and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
• Open to exploring new tools or AI to improve project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring creative vision and execution.
• Coordinate across creative and production teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and event setup requirements.
• Manage budgets, scope, and commercial considerations across projects.
• Ensure smooth execution across live, hybrid, or digital experiences.
• Support junior team members and contribute to stronger delivery.
