Adrenalin Group is seeking a Senior Events Operations Manager for Experiential Events (AdrenalinX) in Singapore. This hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) focuses on turning project plans into on-site realities, managing logistics, crews, and vendor networks to deliver flawless experiences.

You will own day-to-day operations, set standards, anticipate risks, and lead live execution with a systems-minded approach.

Responsibilities

Senior Events Operations Manager - Experiential Events (AdrenalinX)

Singapore | Full-time | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

At AdrenalinX, we bring brands and organizations to life through thoughtfully designed experiences. Our team works with government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate partners across Singapore to produce events and engagements that people actually remember. From large-scale public activations to high-touch corporate experiences, our work sits at the intersection of creative thinking and precise execution.

We are looking for a Senior Events Operations Manager with pure ops chops. Someone who has run the logistics behind complex events for close to a decade, can juggle multiple live projects at once without dropping balls, and treat operations as a craft.

What You’ll Own

Once a project is awarded, you will partner closely with the Project Lead to bring it to life on the ground. The Project Lead owns the client relationship, budget, and overall project direction. You own how the operational side actually gets done: logistics, vendors, crew, and site execution.

You will:

• Work hand in hand with Project Leads to translate project plans into operational plans, across multiple concurrent projects
• Own site logistics: bump in/bump out, floor plans, equipment, contingency planning etc
• Build and manage a pool of support crew and vendors, and own their day-to-day coordination on-site
• Set operational standards and checklists so execution quality holds up across projects, not just one
• Flag risk, safety, and compliance issues to the Project Lead and Project Director
• Lead operations on the ground during live execution, troubleshooting in real time

Who Thrives in This Role

This role suits someone who takes real pride in a flawlessly run show floor and does not need the client relationship to feel ownership over the work.

You likely:

• Have 8 to 10 years of experience in events operations, production management, or logistics within live events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing
• Have a proven and reliable vendor and support crew network
• Are used to running multiple projects in parallel and know how to switch context without losing quality
• Are calm and decisive under pressure during live execution
• Are systems-minded and build processes that outlast any single project

Client-facing experience is not required for this role. This is a pure operations position. Experience with government or public‑sector events will be a strong advantage.
