Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training (IBT) Division to provide administrative and operational support for workplace learning programmes. You will help implement training schemes, manage financials, and support grant processing and budgeting.

The role requires hands-on data analysis and reporting to support management needs, with emphasis on accuracy, stakeholder responsiveness, and effective use of Excel and other MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Customer-oriented mindset with responsiveness to stakeholder needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in data analysis, RPA and AI tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the implementation of training schemes and programmes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring fees charged to training partners.
• Administer government grants, including processing disbursements and supporting reporting requirements.
• Support procurement processes and overall budget tracking and management.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support operational and management needs.
