Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a Senior Executive to support the institute’s communications, events, and operational activities. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure effective coordination, high-quality delivery, and smooth day to day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in administrative, operational, communications, or events coordination roles.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, collaboration and content platforms).
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative and operational coordination support across communications, events, and outreach activities.
• Support development, editing, and dissemination of communications materials, including digital platforms.
• Coordinate planning and execution of events, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Liaise with internal teams, university offices, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of activities and tasks.
• Support financial and operational processes, including basic budgeting coordination, reimbursements, and workflow tracking.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and maintenance of accurate records in line with institutional requirements.
