Synapxe in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive - PMO for NGEMR on a 2-year contract to bolster the PMO team and drive project governance.

You will support the PMO Lead, provide secretariat services for project committees, collate updates, and ensure milestones and KPIs are tracked and reported.

The role emphasizes clear communication, progress reporting, active listening, and coordination of project activities across multiple tracks.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of PMO experience is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in delivery projects (health care industry would be an advantage).
• Demonstrated program management skills with ability to analyze and solve problems to manage project status.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to provide progress reports effectively.
• Active listening with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are hiring a potential PMO candidate for our NGEMR department.

This is a 2 years dicrect contract position with Synapxe

Role & Responsibilities

• Support PMO Lead in providing regular project updates details.
• Provide secretariat support work to project committees. Follow through project committees' matter arising till closure. Ensure periodic updates from various tracks are collated for the respective project committees. Facilitate project committees' session as secretariat.
• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Submit claims in according to the funding objectives and approved items.
• Work with project admin to ensure project coordination of project activities, sessions and events are handled.
• Support PMO Lead to ensure PMO activities of various tracks are monitored and progress

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of relevant PMO experience is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in delivery projects (in the health care industry would be an advantage).
• Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.
