WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior PMO Engineer to lead the PMO interface across project teams, quality, supply chain, and finance, ensuring timely reviews and milestone achievement.

You will track costs, schedules, and milestones, identify deviations early, and coordinate mitigation with project and functional owners to maintain governance and high-quality reporting for management reviews. A degree in engineering and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Material, or Chemical) or Engineering Management.
• Experience in PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI.
• Project management supporting product and process development.
• Engineering Operations or Business Operations in semiconductor R&D.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with senior management.
• Experience in project controlling or project management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• PMP or equivalent project / program management certification is an advantage.
• Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) for process and execution discipline is an advantage.

What you already have...

• Experience in one or more of the following within a semiconductor environment:
• PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI
• Project management supporting product and process development
• Engineering Operations or Business Operations in semiconductor R&D
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate clearly with senior management and cross functional teams
• Experience in project controlling or project management
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• PMP® or equivalent project / program management certification is an advantage
• Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) for process and execution discipline is an advantage.
