Job Description
The Senior Executive (SE) reports to the Manager (M)/ Senior Manager (SM), PPM, and supports the operational and administrative functions of the section.
Working under supervision, the SE assists in SCH's strategic planning process by supporting the organisation of strategic Advance sessions and annual work planning exercises. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics arrangements, and helping prepare presentation materials. The SE/AM supports the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard framework by maintaining regular reporting processes, including the SCH Monthly Management Dashboard and Private Hospital Statistics.
The SE assists in data analytics by helping to prepare and distribute insights through various platforms, including tableau dashboards and presentation decks. They support database management by maintaining clear records of data catalogues and dictionaries, while assisting in user acceptance testing for system enhancements. The role requires effective stakeholder management skills to gather information, coordinate meetings, and provide secretariat support for various initiatives. The SE works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of management information.
In support of Value Driven Care initiatives, the SE conducts literature reviews on VDC conditions and benchmarks and assists in data extraction and analysis. They provide secretariat support for VDC-related meetings and actively participate in improvement projects, helping to monitor outcomes and track progress of various initiatives. The SE works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of management information.
