Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager for Clinical Services to drive programme and project management across polyclinics, coordinate with clinicians and stakeholders, and support data-driven decision making.

You will develop dashboards, prepare reports for management and government bodies, and assist in manpower planning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, biomedical engineering or data analytics.
• Experience in healthcare industry or related field preferred.

Your role as an Assistant Manager for Clinical Services encompasses project management, coordination with stakeholders and support for the services within the polyclinics and collaborations with external stakeholders. You will work closely with clinicians to provide administrative support for programme(s)/project(s), follow up on key performance indicators, collate data and statistics, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that workflows and processes are in place. You will also be involved in audits, clinical tracers, and on-site support as required by the department.
