IPOS is seeking a Senior Executive in Registries Operations & Systems to help shape Singapore's IP registry services through process transformation, digitalisation and AI-enabled improvements. The role combines hands-on registry operations with opportunities to contribute to transformation projects that enhance productivity, service quality and user experience.

Aufgaben

• Support Registry operations and review IP applications for statutory compliance.
• Manage and coordinate departmental workplans, budget planning and related reporting.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and new digital capabilities.
• Identify and coordinate process redesign, digitalisation and transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new systems, digital tools and transformed workflows.
• Coordinate stakeholder surveys and analyse operational data to identify service and process improvement opportunities.
