IPOS International is seeking a dedicated professional to provide accurate operational support within the Registries Operations and Systems, contributing to trusted and efficient IP registry services.

You will engage in end-to-end registry processing, oversight of submissions, and collaboration with the team to improve processes and reporting. The role offers exposure to SOP reviews, system testing, and digital tools integration in a dynamic public-service environment.

Formación

• Experience in IP registry or public sector operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and timely processing.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with using digital systems and adapting to new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Process IP applications and transactions accurately within service standards.
• Review submissions for completeness and compliance with requirements.
• Respond to operational enquiries and escalations.
• Monitor workload, backlogs and coordinate with the team.
• Support SOP reviews, workflows and customer communications.
• Assist with data collection and regular reporting on performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and processes.
